This Shipping Policy applies to wholesale orders placed through wholesale.benissimo.com.

Order Processing

  • Wholesale orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, depending on order size and product availability.
  • Large or palletized orders may require additional lead time. We will contact you if extended processing is expected.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship using parcel carriers (such as UPS and FedEx) and freight/LTL carriers, depending on order size and destination.
  • Available shipping options and estimated charges are displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Additional accessorial charges (e.g., liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment scheduling) may apply and will be billed accordingly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Wholesale orders generally ship to commercial addresses in the United States.
  • Shipping to residential addresses may incur extra surcharges.
  • We currently do not ship wholesale orders internationally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email and/or within your wholesale account.

Damages, Shortages & Freight Claims

  • Please inspect shipments upon delivery. Note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  • All damages or shortages must be reported to Benissimo within 7 days of delivery, along with photos and documentation.
  • We will work with you and the carrier to resolve claims and determine appropriate replacements or credits.

Incorrect Address & Refused Shipments

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional carrier fees incurred due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues may be billed back to you.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments may be subject to restocking fees and return freight charges.
