Welcome to the nuts and bolts of bringing big flavor to your shelves. Whether you’re placing your first order or your fiftieth, here’s everything you need to know about how we get our handcrafted products from our kitchen to your storefront.
Ordering
- Case Packs: All products are sold by the case for easy stocking and streamlined shipping.
- MOQ: Minimums are intentionally low—we want every shop to be able to carry Benissimo.
- Reorders: Most retailers reorder within 30–45 days. (We consider that an excellent compliment.)
Fulfillment & Shipping
- Ships From: Atlanta, GA
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, and negotiated wholesale rates
- Tracking: Automatically sent once your order ships
Breakage + Packaging
We pack every order like we’re shipping to our own moms—extra care, extra bubble, zero shortcuts. If your shipment experiences any breakage, reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
